Valid at our hotel, restaurant, bar and massage suite.

Terms of use

• The value of the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• In case the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by another method of payment.
• In case the value of the service is less than the value specified on the voucher, the difference will not be refunded by us.
• For individually designed gift vouchers, the services are neither exchangeable nor refundable if unused.
• Process: Once we have received your payment, we will send you the gift voucher by email.

We kindly ask you to contact our reception team to arrange an appointment for redeeming this type of gift voucher. Without a reservation in advance, we cannot guarantee the availability of hotel rooms and / or restaurant tables. For reservations at the hotel, a credit card number will be required; in the event of cancellation, we may withhold a certain amount in accordance with our cancellation policy.
