International de pétanque - Le Paoli

For a decade now, this competition has been bringing together the best players in the discipline, which started out as a national event and then became an international one with the participation of several world champions. Spectators are treated to a top-class spectacle every year, with some 350 teams competing at the 7 sites in the center of Ile Rousse.

From Friday, September 20 to Sunday, September 22, 2024, pétanque fans will have the opportunity to experience some great moments with various competitions on the program. From the classic 2x2 competition to the famous Challenge Henri Salvador and the traditional
Paoli, the tournament also features women's competitions in 2x2 and the David Dary Challenge, a departmental competition in 3x3.

This event, always under the fair play charter of the Ligue Corse de Pétanque, reminds us that the most important thing is to participate and have fun. As the motto underlines: "Victory makes us happy, defeat teaches us to be better".
